Seminar Refund Policy

        On-site/Door Registration-Door registration will be accepted as space permits. An additional $20 will be charged (including Sustaining members).

Refunds/Refund Deadline-Refunds (minus a $25 processing fee) will only be issued if requested at least 48 hours before the program date.

Cancellation and Credit-Pre-registrants who do not attend the program and who cancel after the refund deadline but before the program time, will be given, upon request, a certificate for credit for their registration (minus a $25 processing fee). The remaining credit can be used toward the purchase of the tapes and materials for the missed seminar, or for pre-registration (not onsite/door registration) for a future MAJ seminar. Credit must be used within one calendar year of the missed seminar.
