The morning session will feature nationally-recognized trial lawyer Mark Kosieradzki from Minnesota as our morning speaker on
30 b 6 Depositions - Don't Let Defendants Hide Evidence!

Mark R. Kosieradzki is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is recognized in “Best Lawyers in America” in addition to recently receiving his 21st Super Lawyer award.

People often think Rule 30(b)(6) depositions are only for large federal cases, major corporate litigation, or mass tort cases. That’s a big mistake. A 30(b)(6) deposition is a tool that can enable you to efficiently gather information about a medical corporation’s systems, policies, or practices, as well as the organizations position as to what happened. This webinar will arm you with the knowledge you need to effectively utilize Rule 30(b)(6) on behalf of your medical malpractice clients. It will teach you how to craft a 30(b)(6) notice in a malpractice case, as well as understand the case law explaining which areas may be discussed and the rules that define the obligations of the producing organization. By understanding the rules, you will learn how to establish the foundational questions necessary to build a record to successfully compel production of information. Finally, this webinar will discuss the 2020 changes to the Federal Rule as well as the 2019 changes to the Michigan Rule.
